The violet crisp was specifically created to highlight a specialty from Toulouse: candied violet petals! These crisps are prepared with a natural violet flavor and with slivers of candied violet petals that are grown in the Toulouse area. This cookie is very delicate and the flavor is subtle enough to create a well-balanced harmony among all flavors.
